Meet with Church staff to clarify arrangements for June 17th & 30th.
During or after the meeting we meet with Richard to go over set up for digitization etc.
June 17th We meet (Paul to confirm the gathering place) from 3 to 6. This does not involve the school at this time.
Cindy could liason with the school on modules, work experience etc.
June 30th program starts. Will need to meet in the Gathering Place or somewhere - Check library (which will be weekly) and the Library for the rest of the summer.
