Minutes June 9

- We will now plna the availability calendar on mondays (our meeting day).
- For this week, the Check-In in is from 2 to 4.
- For the Coop reports, David is available starting at 7am, except on monday mornings. He is not available on monday mornings.
- Myriam will fill in Cody and Jon's CSJ form. Then, she will windows print it to David to that he can print it out for them.

Summary of Meeting:
- The secretaries of the Millwoods Christian School are there from 8:30 to 4:30.
- We need to plan when we do need the interpreters.
- Sam needs to find out if he can figure out the wifi in the library.
- Sam needs to be with Jon on July 3rd.
- We need to be able to deposit stuff on the Google Drive. 
- Myriam needs to do the few changes on the workability assignments.
- For the hispitality, we need to show people our history.
- From now, we will plan the availability calendar on mondays (our meeting day).

Minutes June 2nd

- Samuel will go through the safety instructions list that is up in a blog. He will send it to Myriam. Samuel will also add some electronic safety and procedures to it. On June 22, we will go over that list with everyone else. The week after, we will also review it with Cody, Jon, and the interpreters.
- On June 9, we will have a summary of Cody and Jon's situation.
- Myriam has to supervise Samuel and give him feedback.
- Samuel will fill in the agenda.
- We have to finalize Cody and Jon's preparation next week.
- For the summary, we need to put links in it.
- We have to review the getting started for Cody and Jon.
- Myriam will do the modifications to the workability assignments.
- Not top priority: Review the blogs. See what FACTSnet is about (links are in the agenda). Go through them and make notes on improvement.
- The personnal development blog has to be the best blog.
