Minutes Meeting May 26 between Sam, David and Myriam.



Sam has to read the workability booklet.
I have to review the methodologies and get it done.
I have to add the meeting with Zach to my ''to do'' list.
We both have to put a link to the emails in our blog posts.
We both have to check the comments in the blog posts that we put up and make the adjustments.
I have to check Sam's tasks and also make sure that he does the assignments of the week. The check-up should be done on Thursdays.
I have to put ESA in the tittles of my blog posts.

Minutes from the Skype meeting between David, Myriam and Sam. May 14, 2014



Sam has to put in the agenda the fact that everyone has to do their flagpage.
Tasks for the summer for Sam.
   -We need subpoints for every point.
   1. Update and add to existing FACTSnet contact lists with specific heritage network information.
      Sam needs to do updates on the list.
   2. Send an email to contacts on the list to identify networking possibilities and invite them to the dialogue
      Myriam has to write the draft in French for the Canada 150th
   - Canada 150th: St. Albert Institute ; Find someone who is interested in working with us.
   - New Comers : Will be done in French
   - Francophone Heritage : Same
   - History Disabilities : Will be done by Cody
   - Career: Tech things with the University.
Myriam : Draft in ''Factsc'' he fowarded email from Sarah to Zach.

The pilot project will mostly be the indexing project. It will be done by Myriam and Sam.
   3. Follow up selected email contacts with a phone call and possibly a personal visit.
      The meeting with Eric as well as the contact that we have with the museum. Those will work in the data   Base.
   4. Research information and methodologies for the indexing
      Franchophone emphasis. Sam already does it with the audio and the recording.
   5. Content of the indexing plan: (Internet research)
      - What is being done in the constituency and elsewhere (French Constituency)
      -What heritage resources are available and need indexing to be more useful for future projects )Dialogs on this.)
      - A plan for index these resources with priority for future projects (Sam has to keep looking for different things. Which technology would be the best for different purpose?) (Indexing project)
      - A plan to make indexes available on the Internet and by other means (Hard Drive. They will have it for next year.)
      - A plan for future projects related to the 150th anniversary of Canada (St. Albert and the French)
   6. Get feedback on the plan
      We will do it in the summer
   7. Implement as much as possible of the plan.
      We will do it in the summer.  Sam working with Jon.
   8. Document the indexing system so others can participate
      Document as we go along. Add Cody and Jon when they come.
   9. Evaluate the indexing system to identify difficulties to overcome
      Keep notes. Working blog.
   10. Evaluate indexing and project proposals to identify future priorities
      End of summer. Myriam will do it in the last 2 weeks when Sam will be done. Put it up in a blog.

We need to post some blogs about getting started for Cody and Jon.

Regarding the day to day payroll sheet : Projet #1 for Myriam and Sam is INDEXING. Myriam in french and Sam in english.
