Next meeting: This was our last meeting.


Summary of Meeting:

- Myriam has to send Jon's hours to Dan.
- Myriam will send this week's agenda to everyone.
- Christine will post on the blog the notes that she took for Cody and Jon.
- For Jon, his 30hrs this week will mostly consist of scanning and meeting with Christine. The first aid course will count in his volunteer hours.
- Nicole will review her files to see what's left in regards of the interpreter hours.
-David will work on getting ESG's password.
- Cody will work on his summer summary.
- Christine will make sure that Cody's Power of Focus stuff gets on the blog.

Next meeting: August 5, from 1 to 4.

Summary of Meeting:

-We reviewed Jon's introduction for tomorrow's dialogue.
- David suggested that an interpreter might bring Jon out to camp along with his equipment.
- At camp, Jon will need : 2 cumputers, 2 monitors, and the slide scanner.
- Jon will be scanning everyday at camp. He has to do 30 hours of work with FACTS and 10 hours of vonlunteering with the camp. He might work some more hours, which will give him some more work experience.
- Here is Camp Nakamoun's list of what to bring at camp.
- Carole and Myriam worked on tomorrow's presentation.

- Everyone takes their own notes for their tasks.
- Cody does the agenda from now on.
- By Wednesday, Myriam needs to make sure that everyone is on track.
- Myriam needs to follow up on what we need to do with Jon's work experience.
- Next Monday, we will do a dry run of Tuesday's presentation/dialogue.
- We will all go to Heritage Festival on August 4.
- We need to fix up the working blog by the 29.

- We will now plna the availability calendar on mondays (our meeting day).
- For this week, the Check-In in is from 2 to 4.
- For the Coop reports, David is available starting at 7am, except on monday mornings. He is not available on monday mornings.
- Myriam will fill in Cody and Jon's CSJ form. Then, she will windows print it to David to that he can print it out for them.

- The secretaries of the Millwoods Christian School are there from 8:30 to 4:30.
- We need to plan when we do need the interpreters.
- Sam needs to find out if he can figure out the wifi in the library.
- Sam needs to be with Jon on July 3rd.
- We need to be able to deposit stuff on the Google Drive. 
- Myriam needs to do the few changes on the workability assignments.
- For the hispitality, we need to show people our history.
